Fruit & Nut Medley

You can't go wrong with fresh fruit and nuts. Our medley is mixed dry roasted almonds, pistachios, walnuts, and hazelnuts combined with chopped apples, mandarin oranges, and yellow kiwi. Sweet, tangy, nutty. Soft yet crunchy. So good. And so good for you! Fruits and nuts are full of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants as well as good fats and fiber to help you feel full, longer. You can mix together any fruits you have on hand and whatever nuts are in your pantry and you're good to go. Add a dash of cinnamon or chili powder to kick up the spice. Happy Eating!
