Naturally Refreshing Watermelon Mint Infused Water

Updated: Aug 26

What's better on a hot day than ice-cold infused water? The refreshing yet subtle flavored water actually helps you drink more water without added sugars or artificial flavors. You can mix up any combination of fruits or vegetables to get exactly what you like. Popular enhancers include citrus, berries, herbs, melons, even flowers. And the process is even easier than deciding on the flavor.

To make a half gallon of infused water, simply add 8 cups cold water to a large pitcher, add 4 cups of your chosen fresh ingredients, and refrigerate at least 3 hours. The best flavor is after 12 hours. You can also freeze some of the fruit to use as ice cubes to keep it cold so the flavor doesn't dilute.

Try these flavor combinations:

* Watermelon Mint

* Strawberry Basil

* Cucumber, Lemon, Lime, Orange

* Lavender Lemon

* Blackberry Lemon Rose

* Raspberry Mint

* Rosemary Ginger

* Ginger Lemon
